This Bubble Cleaning Line is an integrated pre-processing system designed for large-scale vegetable cleaning, suitable for handling various fresh vegetables including leafy greens (spinach, lettuce), root veggies (carrots, potatoes), and melon veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers). It combines three core cleaning technologies-bubble scrubbing, high-pressure water rinsing, and secondary filtering-to achieve thorough and efficient cleaning of vegetables.
The line operates continuously: vegetables are automatically fed into the cleaning tank, where high-density bubbles generated by the air pump collide with the vegetable surface to loosen dirt and residual pesticides; then the high-pressure spray system rinses off the loosened impurities; finally, the filtered water is recycled for re-use, reducing water waste. The bubble intensity and conveying speed are adjustable, allowing users to customize settings according to the type and dirt degree of vegetables-for example, increasing bubble intensity for muddy root veggies and slowing down speed for fragile leafy greens.
Made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, all parts of the line (including the cleaning tank, conveyor belt, and spray nozzles) are corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, and easy to disassemble for deep cleaning, complying with food safety standards.
