Introduction

The Fully Automatic Shrimp Peeling Machine is a professional industrial equipment developed for large-scale automatic shrimp shell removal in seafood processing factories. It adopts a soft rubber roller + air pressure shell separation dual-core system that can adapt to shrimp of various sizes (10-20cm in length such as white shrimp king prawn and tiger prawn). The soft rubber roller gently clamps the shrimp body to avoid damaging the shrimp meat while the air pressure system quickly separates the shell from the meat-achieving a peeling rate of over 98% and a shrimp meat damage rate of less than 1.2%. With a processing capacity of 1000kg per hour it can run continuously for 16-20 hours fully matching the high-volume uninterrupted production rhythm of aquatic factories and completely replacing traditional manual peeling which is time-consuming labor-intensive and has uneven shell removal.
