Introduction

This factory-grade pigskin degreaser focuses on automation, durability, and hygiene. The entire machine body and contact parts with pigskin are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is anti-rust, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to high-temperature cleaning (supporting 80-90ºC hot water disinfection), complying with strict food factory hygiene regulations. It is equipped with an intelligent control system: auto temperature control (50-70ºC optimal degreasing temperature), auto fat separation (collecting separated fat into a dedicated tank), and auto discharge (conveying degreased pigskin to the next process via a conveyor belt), realizing unmanned operation in the degreasing link. The mechanical scraping blade is made of wear-resistant alloy, with a service life of up to 2000 hours, reducing the frequency of parts replacement for factories.
