This Full-Automatic Basket Washer is a professional cleaning equipment designed for recycling baskets in vegetable processing, catering, and food distribution industries-mainly used to clean plastic or metal turnover baskets that hold vegetables, fruits, or food ingredients, removing residual dirt, vegetable dregs, oil stains, and bacteria. It realizes the whole-process automation of basket feeding, high-pressure cleaning, detergent rinsing, hot air drying, and discharging, completely replacing manual cleaning and greatly improving work efficiency.
The machine is equipped with a multi-nozzle high-pressure spray system (pressure adjustable 0.3-0.8MPa) that sprays water from 360 degrees to ensure no dead corners in cleaning. It also has an automatic detergent feeding device, which can control the detergent concentration according to the dirt degree of the baskets to avoid waste and ensure cleaning effect. The post-cleaning hot air drying function (temperature adjustable 40-80ºC) can quickly dry the basket surface, preventing bacteria growth caused by residual moisture and ensuring the hygiene of recycled baskets.
All parts in contact with water and baskets are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, and easy to disassemble for maintenance.
