The Fresh Meat Horizontal Slicing Machine is a professional commercial equipment designed for precise horizontal slicing of fresh meat (pork, beef, lamb, chicken). Its unique horizontal cutting structure differs from vertical slicers-it keeps the meat stable on the horizontal workbench during slicing, avoiding deformation caused by vertical pressure, thus ensuring each slice has uniform thickness (0.3-15mm adjustable) and intact texture. This machine is perfect for preparing hot pot thin slices, cold dish medium slices, and BBQ thick slices, meeting the diverse needs of butcher shops, restaurants, and catering chains. Equipped with high-hardness carbon steel blades, it cuts through fresh meat smoothly without tearing meat fibers, preserving the tenderness and natural flavor of the meat..
