Introduction

The Fully Automatic Fish Peeling Machine is a high-end industrial equipment developed for large-scale automatic fish skin removal in seafood processing factories. It adopts a full-auto intelligent drive system integrating soft roller fixing precision blade cutting and vacuum skin collection-no manual intervention is needed from fish feeding to peeled meat discharge. It can adapt to 10+ common fish species (such as tilapia cod salmon grass carp and hairtail) and automatically adjusts peeling parameters according to fish size and skin thickness. The peeling rate reaches over 99% and the meat loss rate is less than 1% with a processing capacity of 700kg per hour. It can run continuously for 16-20 hours fully matching the high-volume uninterrupted production rhythm of aquatic factories and completely replacing traditional manual peeling with low efficiency and high labor cost.
