Introduction

The Fish Peeling Machine is a professional industrial equipment developed for large-scale fish skin removal in seafood processing factories. It adopts an upgraded soft roller + precision blade dual-drive technology that can adapt to various fish species (including freshwater fish like grass carp and marine fish like hairtail). The soft roller fixes the fish body gently to avoid meat damage while the blade adjusts the peeling depth in real time according to the fish skin thickness-achieving a peeling rate of over 98% and a meat loss rate of less than 1.5%. With a processing capacity of 600kg per hour it can run continuously for 12-16 hours fully matching the high-volume uninterrupted production needs of aquatic factories and solving the problems of low efficiency and uneven peeling in traditional manual operations.
