The Fish Peeling Machine is a high-efficiency industrial equipment designed for large-scale fish skin removal in seafood processing factories. It adopts a soft roller pressing + high-precision blade cutting dual-mode technology to adapt to different fish species (such as tilapia cod salmon and mackerel). The soft roller gently fixes the fish body to avoid damaging the fish meat while the blade adjusts the cutting depth according to the fish skin thickness-achieving a peeling rate of up to 98% and a meat loss rate of less than 2%.
